CASUAL DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER

About Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Group, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their homes or group homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs

• Manual handling and medication administration

• Provide community access and emotional support

• Assist clients with behaviours of concern (BOC)

• Build rapport with clients and their families

• Demonstrate reliability and initiative on shift

Requirements

• Experience assisting with ADLs

• Manual handling, medication, bowel, and catheter care experience

• Experience supporting non-verbal clients and those with BOC

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR

• Valid driver’s licence

• Reliable, punctual, and available for at least 3 ongoing shifts per week
